Goals

The Audi Service mobile app was developed in 2019 specifically for the company. The app lets users see the location of official dealerships on an interactive map, learn about the prices and availability status of Audi accessories, and request maintenance or even roadside assistance.

The app helps improve client service quality and automate after-sales service processes.

To develop an app that will make dealership services more convenient.
